Intense green oil that presents a wide range of aromas, fruity, fresh grass, green tomato, artichoke, green banana, and even floral and red fruit suggestions.
The palate is dominated by vegetal flavors, it has a sweet entry with a slight bitterness of green fruit, a touch of progressive spiciness and a final almond aftertaste.

Obtained from healthy olives in their optimum state of ripeness only by mechanical procedures. Cold extraction.
Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing and weighing, for subsequent milling. The mass is beaten and the extra virgin oil is obtained by centrifugation. Finally, it is filtered and stored in inertized tanks for subsequent bottling.
