Royal Don Remigio EVOO is a new-harvest, balanced, and versatile olive oil that adapts perfectly to delicate preparations, enhancing the natural flavor of ingredients with elegance and without overpowering the dish.

 

► Origin

Estate located in Baeza, Jaén.

 

► Olive Variety

Monovarietal Picual. Maximum acidity: 0.2%.

 

► Tasting Notes

This green oil offers a fruity profile reminiscent of tomato plant and freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is smooth, with notes of almond and walnut, finishing with a subtle peppery touch reminiscent of chili pepper.

 

► Production Process

Early harvest takes place during October and November. Olives are quickly milled upon arrival at the mill, and the oil is extracted using cold mechanical processes (temperatures between 18°C and 20°C).
