Extra virgin olive oil made 100% from the picual olive variety. Is more mature oil than the Family Reserve. The harvesting time is slightly, but only slightly later on in the campaign, therefore giving a lighter fruity flavour. Casa del Agua is bottled in glass and PET formats, this material being used for large consumption or family use.

Olive Oil with a smooth, balanced flavour. Medium fruity flavour with slight touches of tomato and ripe olive.
Preparation:
It is obtained from Picual olives at his optimum ripeness, in late October. Cold extraction with temperatures below 21ºC . The oil obtained is selected, classified and filtered to be stored immediately, clean and without humidity and impurities. For optimum conservation is blanketed with nitrogen.
Recomended uses:
Recomended to be used both in cooking: frying, for sautés, as an ingredient in traditional cooking, and raw, either applied onto cold, warm or hot food, such as for example: salads, bread and oil, carpaccios, vegetables, steamed, grilled, baked or roast fish or meat.
