Coming from the northern countryside of Jaén, this oil is born from centenary olive groves cultivated in a traditional and organic way, reflecting the authenticity of a land with a great olive-growing history.

Made with organic Picual variety green olives, harvested in early October, which guarantees a high quality product from the origin.

► Tasting notes

This oil presents a very intense fruitiness, with a complex range of green sensations: notes of fig, tomato, banana peel and almond stand out. In the mouth it is fluid and balanced, with a marked harmony and floral nuances that make it perfect to enjoy raw.

► Processing

Harvesting takes place in October 2024, at the optimum moment of ripening. Cold extraction allows preserving its organoleptic and nutritional qualities to the maximum, resulting in an expressive, healthy EVOO of great purity.
