Is an early harvest organic extra virgin olive oil, made with green olives of Picual variety, harvested in the first days of October. Its bright green color and sensory profile -freshness and intense fruitiness- make it an ideal EVOO to be taken raw.

This EVOO is made exclusively with olives of the Picual variety, recognized for its intensity, stability and high concentration of natural antioxidants.

► Tasting notes

It presents a bright green color and stands out for its freshness and intense fruitiness. Ideal for consuming raw, where its unique sensory nuances provide flavor and aroma with great personality.

► Processing

Harvesting is carried out on days strategically selected for their low temperatures, which allows the quality of the fruit to be maintained. During the milling process, the low temperature beating time is shortened to better preserve the natural aromas, resulting in an oil of great organoleptic richness.
