Oil monovarietal verdial produced by S.C.A. San Isidro de Periana, southeast of Malaga, core of this unique variety with over 90% of production, and privileged area for olive cultivation. The result is a sweet fruity oil without any bitterness.

Golden yellow color, intense aroma and sweet fruity flavor, without any kind of bitterness or itching, soft on the palate. High intensity fruity.
Preparation:
Harvesting takes place in the first days of November, separating at the farm varieties and qualities so the olives arrive to the mill to be stored separately in different bins. The milling is daily to prevent fermentation of the olive and the extraction is performed at room temperature to retain their organoleptic properties intact. .
