►Tasting notes
Oil of suggestive golden color, with medium fruitiness and fresh aromas, notes of green grass, tomato, olive leaves, green almond and artichoke. Special harmony between bitterness and spiciness with a very provocative medium intensity.
► Elaboration
Obtained from healthy olives in their optimum state of ripeness only by mechanical procedures. Cold extraction.
Reception of the olives, cleaning, washing and weighing, for subsequent milling. The mass is beaten and the extra virgin oil is obtained by centrifugation. Finally, it is filtered and stored in inertized tanks for subsequent bottling.
