► Production Process
Unfiltered oil obtained from healthy olives at their optimal stage of ripeness using only mechanical methods.
Olives are received, cleaned, washed, and weighed before milling. The paste is kneaded, and the extra virgin olive oil is extracted by centrifugation. It is stored in inerted tanks and bottled unfiltered to preserve all its natural primary aromas and flavors.
If a thin dark layer appears at the bottom of the bottle, it is the natural result of sedimentation from small olive particles present in the oil.
