► Tasting notes
A very young fruitiness is perceived on the nose, with notes of green grass, banana, tomato and green apple. In the mouth it maintains its herbaceous profile, accompanied by a pleasant spiciness that evolves in the throat and a slight bitterness that persists. All this on a base of balanced structure, with character and freshness.

Obtained by cold extraction, after careful manual harvesting, which allows preserving its nutritional and organoleptic qualities intact.
