Tuccioliva Gran Selección, is made with green olives that are just at the edge of ripening to a darker color. These olives are handled with the utmost care as they make their way from grove to bottle, preserving their clean, fresh scent, which reminds us of the olive tree itself, its leaves, branches and fruit, as well as the almond, apple and pear trees that grow in our region. On the palate, Tuccioliva oil is delicate and fragrant, with pleasing peppery and spicy notes that mix with the scent of sweet, aromatic herbs.
The olives are pressed in October. Only the best, green oil is extracted using cold-press methods.
