Coming from the northern countryside of Jaén, this oil is born in organic olive groves of traditional cultivation, with centenary olive trees that bring character and authenticity to each harvest.
Made exclusively with green olives of the organic Picual variety, harvested in early October to ensure optimum quality and concentration.
It presents a very intense fruitiness with varied green sensations: notes of fig tree, tomato, banana peel and almond. In the mouth it offers a fluid texture, with great complexity, balance and harmony, and a floral background that completes its organoleptic profile. Ideal to enjoy raw.
Harvesting takes place in early October 2024, at the optimum point of ripeness. Cold extraction guarantees the preservation of all its aromas and nutritional properties, resulting in a high quality oil.
