Shipping costs to Spain (Peninsula)

All orders are sent directly from the producer, so if you place an order from two or more different producers, each product will be delivered separately, at different times within the established 48/72 hours.

- For orders from the same producer the shipping costs are € 6 VAT included

- For orders from two or more different producers, 6 euros will be added to the cart for each producer.

Free shipping costs for orders from the same producer equal to or greater than 120 euros, valid only for deliveries in Spain (Peninsula).

In addition, you can also benefit from free shipping costs on many of our products.

Shipping costs to Europe

All orders are shipped directly from the producer. Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and weight of the order.

For orders from two or more different producers, shipping will be delayed between 3-5 days since we will have to unify the order in our Madrid warehouse to send the products in a single shipment.

Products damaged or lost by the transport agency will be refunded to the customer, a replacement of the merchandise will not be sent.

Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.

- Belgium: 5-7 days

- Spain (Peninsula): 2-3 days

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

For shipments to Spain, if you are not at home, one more delivery attempt will be made, and a third attempt at a point specified by the transport company.

For international shipments, a delivery attempt will be made and if it fails, it will be left in the Parcel Shop closest to the delivery address, waiting for the customer to pick it up. To avoid failures on the first attempt, we recommend selecting the day and time in the tracking link that we will provide.

Olivadelsur will not be responsible for possible delays in the delivery period as a result of incidents in transport.
