It is a wonderfully fruity variety, with very fruity aromas of kiwi, plantain and pineapple that give it a sweeter touch in line with vegetables such as tomato, green grass or banana peel.
In the mouth it is very elegant and harmonious with a slight itch at the end.
At this point, carefully selected and through various analyzes, which plots and areas are at their optimum maturity to collect them and obtain an olive juice of great organoleptic qualities.
The olives are harvested by mechanical means to transfer them to the Almazara in a maximum time of 2 hours, where they are then cold-milled (below 23 degrees).
Once selected the extra virgin that will go into the cellar to be the juice of olives that will be packed as final product, it is transferred to the hermetized tanks that are under the certification and control of the CAAE for its natural decantation and kept at a stable temperature .
During the milling and extraction process, master experts and prestigious researchers carry out continuous tastings to decide when the juice that is being produced is clean, of the highest quality and with excellent organoleptic qualities to pass it to a certified winery.
The Royal variety is perfect with oily fish, sauces, vegetables, creams and white meats.
