In sight, dense, intense green color and light yellow shades.
On the nose, there is a high intensity of fruity aromas that remind us of freshly cut grass, apple and green almond with subtle shades of green tomato. Firm and intense presence of the retronasal aromas of green almonds and apples.
On the palate, perfect balance of bitter and slightly spicy flavor, where you can appreciate light sweet touches.
After a maximum of 48 hours in the reception hoppers so that the quality of the fruit does not deteriorate, the process is as follows: grinding, shaking and decanting. Later the virgin olive oil is transported, through a circuit of watertight ducts, to the warehouse for storage and subsequent packaging
As it is an unfiltered early harvest oil, it is recommended to always marinate in a raw state, combined with almost any dish (pasta, rice, meat, fish, desserts, etc), providing as a final ingredient its particular freshness and intensity.
