It is an extra virgin royal olive oil from early harvest, mid-October. One of the strong points of the oil is that it has much more fruity and select properties in October than in December. Presented in an elegantly designed opaque glass bottle.

Intense fruity and high of green olive.
Very complex on the nose, with an intense aroma of white flowers, grass, green banana peel and a certain aroma of green apple. Complex, intense and broad.
This Royal monovarietal is clean and fluid but intense entrance. It is much more in the mouth the exuberance and the exotic of its floral nuances although in the final part are marked with elegance the bitter and a certain very nice spicy with a slight persistence.
Harmonic, balanced and very atypical.
Proceed to clean and wash the olives, then ground in hammer mills, always within 24 hours from receipt to preserve all its properties. The paste obtained is taken to a blender where it is subjected to a shake which favors the coalescence of the oil provided at a temperature of 23 ° C (cold extraction ). It is at this stage where the oil is separated, which is stored for subsequent filtering and packaging.
