In the nose it presents an intense fruity of green olive, with very high notes of fresh grass, olive leaf, green almond and tomatera memories. In the mouth, the freshness of the grass and of green fruits with a sweet entrance and a slight final itch has a great appearance, due to the variety from which it comes.
Together it is an oil with a perfect balance and complex resulting from a great harmony.
Harvested early in early November, it is the fruit of a meticulous process of harvesting and extraction, where it is milled in the hours after its collection, is decanted by a natural process, to finally filter it, thus preserving its properties.
Recommended for use in raw, whether its application in cold, hot or hot foods, its intensity enhances the taste of hams, cecins, sausages and cheeses. We can also enjoy it in salads, salmorejos and toast.
