Here we find a medium-high fruity aroma, reminiscent of green bananas, lawns or almonds. When it enters the mouth, its light fluidity and exquisite sweetness slide gently over the whole tongue, like a gentle caress. The bitterness and sharpness are very smooth, producing a perfect balance that barely persists. Undoubtedly, we have an Extra Virgin olive oil that is aromatic and balanced, and combines to perfection the Arbequina variety from which it comes with the quality of the top-of-the-range oils.
Oleoalmanzora controls the entire production process, from tending the olive tree, the proper gathering of its fruits at the optimum moment of ripeness, the correct conditions for its first cold press, by mechanical means only, and storage in stainless steel containers for later packaging.
