Three bottles, three varieties, picual, empeltre and coupage
Picual olive oil: It is an intense oil with a characteristic fruity flavor without acidic sensations, with a slight bitter and spicy touch characteristic of the early harvest, and notes of fresh grass and green fruits, which persist in the mouth.
Empeltre olive oil: Of intensity and fruity flavor from the beginning of the early harvest, with sweet notes and aromas of fresh grass, almonds and walnuts that come from a variety little extended and extraordinarily appreciated. Of color that ranges from intense yellow to golden.
Coupage empeltre + picual: It is an oil of medium intensity and fruity taste with a slight bitter and spicy touch of the early harvest, with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and nuts that persists in the mouth.
Harvested in early November, it is the fruit of a meticulous process of harvesting and extraction, where it is milled in the hours after its collection, is decanted by a natural process, to finally filter it, thus preserving its properties.
Recommended for use in raw, whether its application in cold, hot or hot foods, its intensity enhances the taste of hams, cecins, sausages and cheeses. We can also enjoy it in salads, salmorejos and toast.
